ECLIPSE QSO PARTY (by Ed GW3SQX)

The RSGB Propagation Studies Committee is doing some research during the solar eclipse taking place on the 20th March and the Contest Committee is organising an Eclipse QSO Party from 0830-11:30 UTC on the day. The aim is to find out if and how the partial solar eclipse will affect propagation on the lower HF bands. All available radio amateurs are invited to participate -- this is an opportunity to assist in the research of the Propagation Studies Committee, and to contribute to our knowledge of propagation and the ionosphere.
