GU0SUP
Good levels of activity, although the QRN seemed to
appear for the
last 20 mins or so. My apologies for being slow at responding
to
some of you when I was CQ'ing, but had problems getting
my arm to
the RIT knob easily.
GU4WTN
Good conditions, plenty of LOUD stations.
I'm sure I would have made a better effort without the
Flu!
GW4ALG
Very good conditions this time.
I've been doing more practice with MorseRunner
which is helping to improve my accuracy and
confidence when CQing. But real contesting
is much more fun!
Rig: Elecraft K2
Power: 5W RF output
Antenna: Inverted V Doublet
GW4BLE
Opps! Nearly forgot to email the log - all 29 Qs ;-)
GW4LZP
Conditions seemed much better than usual as
there was very little noise on the band.
M0AJT
Going great guns until until a station
sending trinomes sat on top of me
M0BPQ
Lots of activity but struggled to get heard with my
QRP sometimes. A
short break for dinner didn't help! Inv L, 10W and IC-756Pro
M0CMQ
CONDX GOOD HERE IN LONDON
M0CNP
CONDITIONS WERE VERY NOISY LAST NIGHT
M0MDF
Good contest - I've left the dupes in - the numbers
would have been cocked up otherwise.
M5ALG
Conditons quite good this time
Very enjoyable
M5CSM
Very hard session for me, I was still fighting jet lag!
MM0BQI
Great conditions, best total yet of 49 (raw)Qs. Last
half hour was
disappointing with wall to wall SSB QRM covering the
top half of the band
and I had worked everyone I could hear at the bottom!
Tried a refined tactic tonight of starting at the bottom
of the band, tuning
up and marking every station I could hear on the bandmap.
I have found it
pointless to call the loud stations in the first 10
minutes or so because
everyone else is doing the same! With 15 calls on the
band map it was very
easy to click on the spots and work them when the initial
rush died down.
MM0CEZ
First time on HF CW contest
MM0DQQ
First time in this contest. Good fun and hope to improve
next time
MM3AWD
My First RSGB CC test will be active in the others
Loved using SD during this contest fast and easy
G4SLE
NICE TO HEAR ALL AND TKS FOR PTS
USED SD AGN SURE WORTH TRYING
G4VSS
K2 10 Watts windom Getting better
G4VXE
Only a few minutes to spare this evening, but managed
a decent
rate for S&P - around 70/hr towards the end. Good
fun!
G6NRC/P
conditions much better than last month
plenty of stations on this time
both Norwich club calls in use as well
GM0DHZ
found SD easy to use
condx good tho very noisy
GM0ELP
SD is great!
Doublet seems to be working!
GM3JKS
Domestic activities only permitted the last few minutes |

Funny contest! A lot of G stations on the air... 73
G0ADH
FT757 - G5RV
G0AOJ
BAND WAS VERY BUSY AND SUPERB CONDITIONS
GOOD FUN WAS HAD BY ALL I HOPE
G0DAY
Conditions good for this one lets hope it stays like
it
G0EYR
Much better conditions this month even wkd GM!!
G0IBN
heavy qrm I nearly gave up
G0MTN
FT1000MP / Windom @15 feet (support fell down mid contest)
I really tried to use the second RX this time and made
more
QSOs using it, although mis-copied more people calling
me on
first RX as a result. Interesting to see how different
people
check (or not) if freq is in use before start calling
CQ!
G0OKF
Better conditions so enjoyed it.
G0RPX
Enjoyed the contest very much.
G0TPH
Conditions were good - no problems being heard with
5w tonight.
G0UHM
Enjoyable
G0VDZ
slight change in aerial length seemed to help
G0WWD
A Lot of stations sending fast cw
Plenty of activity
G3CWI
Had hoped to retire gracefully from these contests last
year.
Not allowed to apparently.
G3GLL
Conditions seemed pretty good
lots of activity
Used SD and winkey - worked fine
G3HKO
I did consider raising the power to 10w to make things
easier for everyone but got ladder out instead and raised
the antenna a couple of feet. glad I did. I had to make
very few repeats. Very enjoyable. Thanks to all
G3HRH
Persistent QSB
Some regular calls not heard this time
G3JJZ
RIG - TS940S 100W
ANTENNAS - 85' LW
Much better than last month!
G3JRM
most enjoyable though
very busy contest must get some narrow filters
G3KKQ
Good condx to G and EU. Lower noise level than before
H & P for first hour then managed to find a slot
Ran the rest of the time. 6 more QSOs than last time
G3KNU
Great conditions. pleased to crack the ton at last.
Nice to hear some Europeans joining in the fun.
G3LDI
Don't like the habit of sending 007 as just 7 without
the
two 0's. I thought it was supposed to be a THREE
figure serial sequence.
G3LHJ
Great session lots of activity condx very good.
G3PSM
Condition excellent for a change
G3SET
CONDITIONS OK BUT SOME QSB
G3SZU
WELL MANNERED CONTEST!
USED SD
G3TJE
1ST ENTRY THIS YEAR - GOOD ACTIVITY/CONDX
G3TKF
Pleasant condx for a change!
G3TLH
Enjoyed short contest. More than 2 hours and would
lose interest. Also good Club Event
G3UFY
RIG - FT1000MP
ANTENNAS - VERTICAL LOOP
G3VIP
RIG FT301S 10W - ANTENNA 40M LW
COULD ONLY OPERATE LAST 30 MINS
G3VQO
tried 50/50 S&P and CQing this month - overall numbers
increased, so a definite success
G3WNI
Good condx: better than Feb.
G3WRR
RIG FT1000D
ANTENNAS Inverted L, 50ft top at 20ft
Conditions good for inter-G working - but paradoxically
a fair bit of
European stuff about as well. Slightly p****d off because
I intended to
do the QRP section - but noticed after about 70 QSOs
that I had read
the wrong scale on my Thruline and was running 20W not
10 - so the 100W
section it is for me this time !
G3WVG
100W TO DIPOLE AT 65FT. RIG..TS950S
G3YAJ
A lot quieter
G3YEC
Fairly quiet tonight static wise. Plenty stations on
and plenty
G3YIQ
worse QRM ever, S9+20 for more than an hour - couldn't
hear who was calling!
G3YMC
Another enjoyable event, with good conditions and low
noise.
I thought I should have done better, but in fact this
is
my highest QSO total yet in these events. And it is
generating
more interest in our local club, with yet another new
entrant (G3TLH)
this time. 73 Dave
G3ZBE
Good conditions this time, but I lost at least 6 qso's
due to quite deliberate jamming. The computer/winkey
locked up 3 times, apologies to the stations I was
working at the time. I really must learn to send with
one of those morse key thingy's!
G3ZGC/P
Too big a pile up. Three stations working me at once
and only one was in the log!
G3ZHE
Good condx heard more GMs and GWs this time.
G3ZRJ
ARRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHH 99 QS
CONDX SEEMED PRETTY GOOD
G4ARN
Unfortunately the local noise level was S9 which made
it very difficult.
G4BGW
Band conditions good for inter-UK working with
plenty of activity.
G4CKH
Super contest once again. many good signals on air.
Difficult to find a clear freq even with 500/250 hz
filters.
G4CMF
Rig FT1000MP
Antenna Doublet
Good event with best ever score of 108 QSOs
G4DBL
Did only half an hour tonight as main rig has blown
up; IC 706 without CW filter is headache producing!
G4DDX
Very much better this time and very enjoyable
G4EBK
Best cndx so far this year for the east coast.
G4FKA
Propagation variable, some quite notable signal strength
changes.
Seemed to have difficulty being heard but good fun as
usual.
G4FPH
Band in good shape tonight!
G4JRY
CONDITIONS IMPROVING FOR NORTHERN STATIONS
WE HAVE TO START CC LATER IN YEAR
LEVEL PLAYING FIELD IMPORTANT
G4OGB
GOOD CONDX AGAIN. ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT I WAS NOT GOING
TO REACH 100 THIS TIME.
G4RCD
Getting better! Still having PC keying problems.
Looks like I need to get a WINKEY interface!
Great fun.....roll on the next one!
