G4OOC
Bad start as usual but really enjoyed it
G4OSB
Good working CW today
G4RCG
Started
slow but picked up nice all G signals were loud even the EU's were
strong. Slowed after the fist 45 mins then had to go search out the
ones still running. Great fun as usual
G7SKR
Very odd conditions with deep QSB.
GM4OSS
Not many stns heard. SD worked well as usual.
GW0ETF
The CC 'client base' seems to have increased over the last
year so it will be interesting to see how popular the coming
Sprints are this year.
GW3KDB
FT1000MP 100Watts Doublet at 45Ft.
Slow going at times.
M0CNP
Conditions
good at first but deteriorated rapidly after 2000. Noice to be back
after missing last month's club championships due to a shack
refurbishment.
M0MDF
Not a bad night !
M0NQN
Busy throughout but looking forward to the Sprint!
M0OXO
Enjoyed it, s n p all the time, still not confident to run. Condx
seemed poor to me?
M0VBY
CU next year DV!
M0XIE
2nd time using SD software to drive keyer
Need to practice with SD more!
M1EYP
First entry
M3WCK
Good contest. In spite of noise signals held up well
Apologies to last couple of contacts---brain and fist
became disengaged and could not send 4. Could not fake
it as my seriel no was in forties.
M5ALG
A better night tonight
M6FBK
Thanks to those worked - very enjoyable
MW0RZC
good contest
PA0MIR
Will
be on holiday from day after tomorrow. Hope cuagn in august with less
QRN for today local QRM subsided but QRN turned up to equalize things
hi.
PA2PCH
I joined for the first time. Experienced
heavy QRN due to a passing thundershower. Even had to postpone
operating for 10 minutes.

SOAPBOX:
2E0IMW
Went a bit quiet around 9, someone stomped all over
my run frequency but found another soon enough. more enjoyable than the
last CW contest.
DK2FG
Nice Contest. Could be a little bit longer. Equipment TS-850 100W;
Antenna vertical wire for 160m 40m tall.
High QRN level
F/G3MXH/P
Location
JN26MW BURGUNDY . Very hvy QRN throughout. Started with S&P and
then managed a slightly better rate cqing in the last part of
the
session.
G0CLP/P
Kept a run freq for 70 mins makes all the difference great fun can we
forget abt ssb and do 2 cw legs each month?
G0DVJ
Good activity. No deliberate QRM for a change
G0EUN
Conditions not too bad.
G0FYX
Noisy band. Some strong mostly weaker sigs. Found out afterwards I was
on the wrong antenna hi!
G0GDU
10W in G3DZZ @ 26ft. Lost 1st 45 minutes due to static rain and high
power line noise. No way of holding a run frequency
G0HFX
late start--only 10w & poor ant--poor condx twrds end
G0LHZ/P
Portable Operation from Hadrian's Wall near Hexham
Cumbria in a 'Panarama' car park - fantastic views
G0MTN
For 4 consecutive QSOs from 110 to 113 I received the same serial as I
sent! Things don't get much closer than that.
G0OKF
Conditions only fair - noisy band for me.
G0PSE
SD performed perfectly - an enjoyable 'test
G2AA
very noisy band this evening
G3GLL
Sd worked fine as usual, Band noisy with qrn - plenty of activty - Nice
contest !
G3HRH
Plenty of activity. Surprisingly little static
G3IZD
Very
unusual conditions this evening a sort of swirling sweeping band noise
making many signals sound auroral the often made copy difficult and
partially explains my low score.
G3JRM
I found the
condx very noisey early on with thunder threatening though became
quieter after the first half an hour good level of activity
though
few gottaways in at times quite deep qsb
G3LDI
Still some old "clickers" out there. Not shoe factory workers but
G3LET
Typical summer conditions - GM and Eastern EU quite
weak for most of the time. I chased several S/P ers
up and down the band all evening. Please try some CQs
occasionally - you might be surprised!
G3LHJ
Few more new C/S in the log - usual summer LF condxs
enjoyable did a little better than last cw session
G3LIK
Good conditions apart when heavy rain showers came down
Nice to hear some M6 calls in the contest
G3MIR
Qrn-local storm.
G3NKS
Didn't get on until nearly 9am. Lot of QRN.
G3OLB
Unusual for serial nos. to start from 0 - thanks Ian G3RVM!
Not too difficult to hold a run frequency tonight even running 10 watts
QRP!
G3PDH/P
All S&P operating from Motorhome with 50w and Hustler mobile
whip
G3TBK
Good
condx tonight for inter-g plus a good sprinkling of EUs. However static
was high at times - thunderstorms in the vicinity!! FT1000MP 100W to
Dipole at 55 feeet
G3TLH
Good conditions
G3TXF
Operated
from Devon with badly cut dipole antenna at just 7ft above ground. Was
still outside fiddling with antenna 15 minutes into contest and then
took a short break for supper. Not the usual 90 minutes of unbroken 80m
CC concentration! Congrats to those who copied the puny signal.
G3VCA
Heavy crashes of QRN but interestingly a low noise level in
between (S2) for 45 minutes before propagation changed.
G3VIP
RIG IC7000 10W - 40M LW - Homebrew logger
Lot of QRN plenty of stations to work
G3VQO
seemed less activity tonight but, paradoxically, that allowed me to
make more contacts!!!
G3VUS
noisy band
G3WRR
Conditions seemed quite good. Local noise down
to S7 this time so things are looking up...
G3WVG
100W from K2/100..dipole at 65ft
G3YEC
My TX developed a fault somewhere in the master xtal area and then
developed a rough tone. My apologies to all.
G3ZBU
I
couldn't get SD (under Win7) to talk to the parallel port. Maybe I
should have tried this more than half an hour before the contest was
due to start... I am running an evaluation of
Win7; so far only 1 blue screen. Tremendous QRN due to thunderstorms so
RF attenuator had to be used.
QRP again as QRO upsets the washing-machine!
G3ZGC/A
Rig IC775DSP set to 10w to dipole at 50ft at G3LLK QTH.
Many thanks again Gus.QSO rate 161.4/hr at one point. Phew!
Good conditions. As Gus went out had to be on site at 17
Nice to hear some 2E0s and M3s on and loads of PA0s.
G3ZRJ
Quite well attended for this time of year. Prop seemed pretty good.
Thanks to all for these contests
G3ZVW
Started really good then slowed to a steady pace.
Some relatively close stations sounded rather weak
and watery - propagation?
G4AIU
SD14.22 performed very well
Sorry to see the end of CC for another year!
G4BUO
After being at VHF FD all weekend I could only spare 20 mins for this
contest
G4DDL
Quite noisy started S&P then tried to run but not very fast too
high up the band at 050. Some very weak sigs tonight
G4DDX
The QRN made it hard work but managed to hold a
frequency for 3/4 hr most unusual. Used SD and manual
keying and enjoyed the test.
G4ERW
Static levels were high this end. Good level of activity though.
G4FAL
Whoopee! Got to 110 but I know a few won't count. Still can't open the
window because of the wasp's nest just outside.
G4FKA
Nice
to be back after missing the last couple through work exile on the
south coast. Conditions poor. Short skip disappeared very early and
some curious sounding signals towards the end. Clearest run frequency
for years!
G4FSU
Slow going tonight. Very high local noise S9+ made copying signals
difficult. Apologies to those I missed. CU in the sprints!
